Hofner parlor 509 (1970)

This model has a simple design, similar to other parlor of the brand, with spruce top and maple sides, laminated maple back with mahogany, it has a neck in two pieces of mahogany.

It has the particularity of having a system that in the late 60s was something new, which was also used in higher-end acoustic guitars. A screw behind the mast allows to regulate the angle of and therefore the height of the strings in a simple way.

It is in good condition and very comfortable to play, with numerous taps and scratches in the varnish at the surface level, no cracks, or major repair

It has been totally revised and adjusted, comfortable to play.

It is strung with 0.10 bronze.
