 Guitar very special for its construction and materials. X cap reinforcements, very few models are like this, more than 90% are ladded braced. 
 It is a rounded dreadnough size down. Spruce top, back and sides: Honduran mahogany, one-piece back, Brazilian rosewood for the fingerboard and bridge. It has a soul of steel. 
 Very full and deep sound with long sustain. It does not have any crack, or major repair. 
 You already have neck reset and leveled frets and fingerboard.
