Framus 12 FS-296 Falcon (1968-77)
Solid spruce top, maple back and sides. It has a rosewood fingerboard and bridge.
The bottom is arched, it does not have rods inside, that gives it a more complex and resonant sound.
Due to its construction: glued neck, glued bridge, one-piece neck, everything points to the year 68, but other numbers also appear on the label that cannot be interpreted.
It has a wider fingerboard than the Framus guitars of the 70s. It is much more comfortable, since on narrower fingerboards it is difficult to place your fingers to play a 12-string guitar.
It has a crack in the lid that has been professionally repaired, with full warranty,
The action is very comfortable, around 1.5 mm for the first string at the 12th fret.
Bright frets, polished fingerboard, excellent sound! 2 years warranty!
